Roth, 10^th of July 2025 – Today Leoni AG announces the closing of the sale of Leoni Automotive Cable Solutions division and join the renowned Time Interconnect Group, based in Hong Kong. The sale opens up a new phase of growth for the division now named Leoni  Cable Solutions - combined with financial stability, technological progress and increased innovative strength.

By joining forces with Time Interconnect Group, Leoni Cable Solutions gains not only a financially strong and long-term oriented owner but also access to new markets, take advantage from synergies, and the ability to accelerate its growth strategy.
